  Appointment for procedure was at 11:30 (we were to arrive at 10:30). They called to say they were running two hours behind (first thing in the morning and you are already two hours behind???). Another call to delay the appointment by another hour. Now we were told to arrive at 1:30. A 30 to 45 minute procedure and we didn't get out of there until 5:00. It is totally unacceptable that the medical profession has no respect for anyone else's time. We both took the entire day off from work. Their motto should be "Hurry Up and Wait". None of the staff was friendly or polite and we sure did not feel like valued and appreciated clients. Fours days later, DH had two blood clots in his leg caused by a surgical error. Avoid this office at all costs unless you enjoy excuses and waiting. This was 8 hours of my life I will never get back.
